Iphone Art

I love my iPhone, mostly because I love the camera and camera apps on it. My favorite app is the polarize that takes polariod pics...

I also have an art app that changes your pics into works of art...

And a toycamera app...I have seen toycameras in real life and they are soooo cool. Next on my list of stuff to get...

Finally I have the camera bag that allows you to take pics and then choose what changes you would like to make to them...

Annie Leibovitz

Really great photographers can't stop taking pictures. They do it like people eat and breath. The whole life is a subject. -Life Through a Lense Documentary

You can find this video at a post by Digital Photography School.

Night Lights

After reading a post by Digital Photography School (can find in my blog list) I took some shots in the dark. The words I spelled came out backwards of course, but I was still really excited. Kudos to the person who threw this idea out there for the rest of us.

You set your shutter speed to a really slow speed (I did 200), cover your flashlight with tissue paper, cover the light until the shutter clicks the first time and then spell out your word slowly. Easy peasy.

Earlier that day I had taken some self-portraits in my carport....

Conceited

Here are some self portraits. I find it easier to take photos of myself because I know my body and what features I need to bring out. It is critical that I continue to learn to do this when taking portraits. In these photos I used a peacock feather as a prop and both of the photos are photoshopped with Gimp image editor.

First post!

I have recently started doing wedding and portrait photography and came to the conclusion that I need a place where people can come and look at my work. This seemed the best way to do it because blogs are more personal.

I am Molly Beth, twenty years old, and have been doing photography for five years now. I use a Canon Rebel XS and love every minute of it.

If you are interested in my work and need to photos feel free to post a comment or email me at perfectmolly@gmail.com. I am very flexible when it comes to prices and if I have never taken pictures at a particular event before then I will do it for free.

If you are just interested in photos and are here to look then enjoy...
